I am having problems accessing zbp, and even getting a pin. What should I do?

Getting a pin is simple, visit your account settings, and create one, it's a set of numbers that only you should know, so will be created by you for your own use. nothing to it really.

Do what BlackBird said. Then call 1206:424:8638 and put in your user id number and pin.
